Grand River Medical Group is a physician-owned, multispecialty clinic which formed in 2016 with the merger of three long standing independent practices of the Dubuque area. Grand River Medical Group has over 55 clinicians providing high quality, low cost healthcare at six different clinic locations and three dialysis units.
Grand River Medical Group operates Tri State Dialysis (TSD) which was originally formed in 1980, and currently has 3 locations: Dubuque, IA, Manchester, IA and Platteville, WI. The providers also see patients at 2 outreach clinics in Clinton, IA and Darlington, WI. Also oversee the dialysis program at Select Medical, a long term acute care facility in Davenport, IA. The services offered at TSD include outpatient hemodialysis, inpatient hemodialysis, home dialysis (CAPD, CCPD, home hemodialysis), plasmapheresis to inpatients. Home hemodialysis is also available through TSD at Grandview Care Center in Oelwein, IA.
